Once your results are received, we schedule a comprehensive review session where we walk through your findings in detail. You’ll leave with a personalized action plan tailored to your physiology, goals, and risk profile — along with ongoing support depending on your selected program.
REN Medical operates as a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you, offer advanced and innovative testing options often not covered in traditional models, and provide truly individualized care without third-party restrictions. In some cases, patients may use HSA/FSA funds for eligible services, and we can provide documentation upon request.
If your genetic test results are negative, your provider will reach out to you directly to review the findings and discuss whether a follow-up appointment is necessary. If appropriate, you may choose to cancel the scheduled follow-up — and there would be no costs associated with that visit.
